OK. I've figured out what to do. ( I've now got 5 addresses, by the way since the ISP was having problems with the original /31 allocation of IP addresses!)
1. Use pre-existing static to continue doing port redirection to Breezy! Site's web server (www.breezy.ca) and VPN server (vpnserver.breezy.ca, my Cisco ASA 5505)
2. Use one of the 4x new static IP addresses for PAT (Port Address Translation) for internal users.
3. Use one of the 4x new static IP addresses for one of my MS Exchange 2007 servers, register it in rDNS/DNS as mail.osgoode.net
4. Use one of the 4x new static IP addresses for the other of my two MS Exchange 2007 servers, this one being my BESX server, too. Register in DNS, but not rDNS since no one will be sending/receiving email to/from this server directly.
5. Leave the remaining static IP address for future use.
...interesting how this new /30 allocation works. Unlike a "normal" /30 subnet, all of the 4 address in the new /30 allocation are routed to the pre-existing static IP address of my ASA 5505 security appliance. I don't have to toss out 2 addresses: one for the subnet; and the other for the broadcast address as you would normally have to do when allocated an IPv4 subnet.

Now have 5 total static IP addresses for $5/month extra!
